10) The Banks Mansion
If I was a Banks, I would get to live in a fantastic mansion with all the luxurious accouterments one could hope for - including an amazing pool house.
The Banks mansion would certainly impress any guest and secure my place amongst my friends as having the best house.
9) Access To A Butler
If I was a Banks, I would have access to Geoffrey. Geoffrey would be there to make me a sandwich, grab me juice, and clean my room at all times - or whatever other odd-ball requests I could think of.

8) A Shoo-In At Princeton University
If I was a Banks, I’d just about be able to walk in the front door to Princeton University. Phillip received an academic scholarship to the university and went on to become a rather famous alumni as a stand-out judge.

7) Escape Any Legal Troubles
If I was a Banks, I would virtually be able to get out of any legal issues due to Philip being a judge. No matter what it was, with a high-powered judge on your side, you’re almost above the law.

5) Get To Throw Jazz Out The Front Door
If I was a Banks, I’d get to throw Will’s best friend Jazz out the front door on occasion.

If I was a Banks, I would always be getting involved in ridiculous situations with my siblings and cousin. There’s never telling what might happen next.
3) Learn How To Dance
If I was a Banks, I would have Carlton as a brother. I would beg and plead Carlton until he trained me how to dance.
2) Wealthy
If I was a Banks, I would be rich.
1) Ladies Man
If I was a Banks, I would have my cousin Will Smith teach me the ways of women. During this training, I would learn so many can’t-fail pick-up lines I wouldn’t know what to do with all the ladies.
