Elf’s Cookbook

Welcome and thank you for reading Elf’s Cookbook. This cookbook was created on a recent trip I had to the North Pole. I was lucky enough to interview Buddy about his favorite foods and how to cook them. Some of these recipes we saw in the movie Elf and some are exclusive recipes to this book. Thank you to Santa for helping me co-author the book:
Coffyrup
INGREDIENTS:
- Coffee
- Syrup
METHOD:
1) First brew your favorite cup of coffee.
2) Next, grab your favorite jug of syrup and poor syrup into coffee until satisfied (adults may use favorite bourbon instead of syrup).

Sweetened Spaghetti
INGREDIENTS:
- Spaghetti
- Syrup
- M&M’s
- Pop Tarts
- Marshmallows
- Chocolate Syrup
METHOD:
1) In a large pot, bring 6 quarts of water to a rapid boil. Follow cooking instructions for your favorite pasta and place in large serving dish once complete.
2) Add your favorite sauce and parmigiana cheese to spaghetti.
3) Mix spaghetti with syrup, marshmallows, crumbled Pop Tarts, chocolate syrup and M&M’s.
4) Eat with hands.

Candy Cane Forest
INGREDIENTS:
- 587 Candy Canes
- Green Jelly Beans
- 25 Hershey Chocolate Bars
METHOD:
1) Melt down your Hershey Bars and pour into a 9 x 13 baking dish.
2) Quickly sprinkle green jelly beans to give effect of forest floor.
3) Place candy canes into “forest floor” to create your forest trees.
4) Eat with hands.

Swirly-Twirly Gumdrops
INGREDIENTS:
- 6 Packages of Gumdrops
- Marshmallows
- Chocolate Syrup
METHOD:
1) Melt a package of marshmallows in your microwave in a microwavable-safe bowl.
2) Carefully remove bowl of melted marshmallows and stir in gumdrops with large wooden spoon.
3) Once gumdrops are stirred in, begin to drizzle chocolate syrup and continue stirring.
4) Eat with hands.

Candy Corn Casserole
INGREDIENTS:
- 6 Bags of Candy Corns
- 4 Irish Potatoes, cubed
- 2/3 cup Onions
- 2 tbsp Butter
- 2 tsp Salt, optional
- 1 egg
- 2 cups Shredded Cheese
- 1/2 cup Milk
- 1 tsp Oregano
- 1 tsp Italian Seasoning
METHOD:
1) Cook potatoes, 1/3 cup of onions, 1 tsp salt.
2) Mash potatoes with butter.
3) Combine the egg with milk.
4) Combine all the Candy Corn, along with the egg and milk mixture and some of the shredded cheese.
5) Combine the mashed potatoes.
6) Place into a baking dish and sprinkle left over cheese on top. Place in oven for 10 minutes @ 350 degrees.
7) Eat with hands.

Arctic Puffin Punch
INGREDIENTS:
- Hawaiian Punch Mixture
- Syrup
- Rainbow Sherbet
- 7-Up
METHOD:
1) In a blender take all four ingredients and blend on high (lid on loosely).
2) Drink.

I love this movie. It’s so enjoyable!!
But if I have to talk about food, I really enjoyed “Julia and Julie”
Great Film!!!
