Disco Biscuits 11/18/09 4th & B, San Diego, CA

As a now very-casual fan of The Disco Biscuits, I was pretty excited to see them play after a few years hiatus. The Biscuits came down to San Diego as part of their 2009 West-Coast run and played Downtown at 4th & B right across the street from my favorite bar, The Local.
Every other time I saw The Biscuits play was on the West Coast in extremely packed, sweating venues.4th & B was probably around 60% full and there was plenty of room to dance, if that was your thing (and it was for many).
The show was pretty solid but I’m not too sure what the hardcore fans thought of the performance. The Biscuits are still a very solid jam band who bring a lot of energy into their shows. Here is the set list:

Set II: Konkrete, Widgets, Shelby Rose> Onamae Wa> Shelby Rose, Confrontation, Save The Robots
